Clinton was the puppet in that policy- the real players were the Wall St crew who helped him get into office. And if he never got into office they also had their money on the Republicans.

I hope people realise corporate USA (oil arms pharmacy tobacco banking media) fund/manipulate both the Republican and Democratic campaigns.
